About Dr Lucie

Dr Lucie Bland is an accomplished animal biologist, having published more than 30 research articles (Google Scholar).

Dr Lucie completed a BA (Hons) First Class in Biological Sciences from the University of Oxford.

She also holds a PhD in Ecology & Evolution from Imperial College London and London Zoo.

Dr Lucie’s new co-edited book, Biosecurity: A Systems Perspective, will be published by CRC Press in May 2024.
